Article Overview

Tell us about your role and what do you hope to achieve/accomplish?

I lead our North American team of Climate Solutions Experts, guiding our customers through the complexities of greenhouse gas accounting. We work with companies that span the spectrum of carbon accounting experience, from those who are just getting started and aren’t familiar with what Scope 1 means to companies with an entire team working on their GHG inventory. Regardless of where a company is at in their journey, my team and I work to ensure that our customers end up with robust and auditable GHG inventories.

What is it about being a 麻豆原创te that keeps you motivated to do your best work, even on the hard days?

Every day presents new challenges and unique emission sources that we need to solve for, and I love diving into nuanced calculation questions with my team. ?They are some of the smartest and most dedicated people I’ve ever worked with, and my team's desire to see our customers succeed is inspiring.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

After a long hiatus, I recently started backpacking again. It might be a bit cliché, but I love spending time in nature. When I’m at home, I tend to overcommit to home improvement projects, and seem to be really good at getting projects to about 85% complete before stopping!

What achievement are you most proud of from the entirety of their tenure here?

I'm proud of the system improvements that I've built out for the team, including a streamlined footprint review process. More broadly, I'm proud of my team and the impact that they continue to have on our customer's sustainability journeys.

What's your go-to morning beverage?

I used to be a devoted coffee drinker, but after tasting loose leaf white tea from a local tea shop, I’ve converted.
