Petcurean¡¯s operations are complex, with more than 200 ingredients, manufacturing partners across North America, Europe, and Asia, and exports to more than 35 countries. In addition, Mallier surveyed Petcurean¡¯s employees to collect commuting and teleworking data, which were key inputs for scope 3 accounting. A strong sense of shared purpose within the company enabled Petcurean to meet its demanding timeline.?
